Intended for
In technology module 1, Introductory Spanish students (level 1A) used American & Spanish nutritional guidelines to identify as well as compare and contrast recommended foods and portions. In this technology module, students will demonstrate their cultural learnings by taking a Qualtrics survey.
Learner outcomes
1. Students can identify categories of foods on the US & Spanish nutritional guidelines.
2. Students can identify when mealtimes occur in the US and Spain as well as discuss similarities and differences between mealtimes and meals.
3. Students can make recommendations for healthy eating and food choices.
4. Students will identify activities that aided in their linguistic and cultural learning.
