AMLA 610: Technology Module 5 - Podcast
Theme: ¿Con quién hablas?
Language, level & background: Introductory Spanish (level 1B) students will work in pairs to create an interview with a famous latino (dead or alive) using each of the Spanish question words. Students will be written in the present tense and conducted in either the tú or usted form. Next, students will research and answer the interview questions as the famous latino would answer them. Students will create an enhanced podcast in Garage Band to record their interview and insert photos of themself and the famous person. Then students will export their podcast to iTunes and upload to their blog on our school’s Mac OS X server. Finally, students will listen to classmates’ recordings leaving comments in Spanish on each other’s blogs.

- Students will learn about a famous Latinos through creating an interview and enhanced podcast recording and then listening to the podcasts of their classmates.
